In his 18 years with Edmonton Valve & Fitting, James Dickie has advanced through several roles. In his current role as Manager of Training & Services, he has trained hundreds of plant operators, maintenance technicians, engineers, buyers, and other professionals on Swagelok product installation and safety procedures. He has also led industrial vending solutions for years. Before that, he traveled throughout North America training Swagelok trainers.
For five years he managed customer relationships and provided technical support to customers in and around Edmonton, Drayton Valley, and Fort McMurray, Alberta. He has also served as Safety Manager at Edmonton Valve and as a conference director at the International Society of Automation (ISA). He majored in Economics at Nova Scotia Agricultural College, where he holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
We're excited to introduce James to our customers, and we trust you will take away valuable information from his upcoming presentation.
