Drayton Valve & Fitting Thank Their Customers

Customer Appreciation Day event in Drayton Valley includes a free BBQ and door prizes on Friday, September 19th

	Come out and meet the Drayton staff on September 19th at our customer appreciation BBQ. We have featured most of our Drayton associates here on the blog, what better way to put a face to a name!

The staff at Drayton Valley Valve and Fitting will take a break on Sept. 19 to show our appreciation for our customers. We'll be throwing a customer appreciation barbecue from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at our office, at 5614 55 Street.

“It has been a few years since the Drayton Valley office has held this kind of event, and it felt overdue,” says customer service rep Diane Rode. The day also serves as a kind of open house, so even people who aren't current customers might want to drop by to check us out.

Expect a crowd

Our last customer appreciation event drew about 150 people, Rode says, so there should be a good crowd this year too. We'll put a few large tents out back and if the weather turns bad (it is Alberta after all), come on over anyhow!  We have a big loading bay in the back that we’ll use if need be.

"People can just show up. We are going to have as much food as we possibly can," Rode says.  It's all locally sourced, from the smokies to the buns to the salads. And we'll serve cake too.

We'll have a few small giveaways too just for showing up and larger raffle prizes that we will be drawing for after the event.

It's also a good time to meet some of our staff from Edmonton. Company president Keith Johns plans to be there, and he's bringing some of the sales staff with him.

There can't be a business without customers, so we're glad to gather with you for some food and fun.
