FAQ: What if we need Swagelok parts or expertise at 2:00am?
by Katie Reid on Wed, Oct 28, 2020 @ 09:10 AM
We have team members on call around the clock. Every day. Every night. Year round.
Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 5:00pm Mountain Time, Edmonton Valve & Fitting team members are available to assist you through our main telephone number: 780-437-0640. But, having served thousands of you over several decades, we know problems—from relatively simple ones where you can see which part needs replacing, to trickier ones where you can't see a cause—can rear their heads after hours. So we have team members on call around the clock. Every day. Every night. Year round. Even on major holidays.
In fact, in 2020 we expanded access, adding a direct line to technical support. Here's a quick rundown of which number is best for what.
24x7 Emergency Support Line
Best for ordering parts after hours or getting account help after hours
Urgent need for Swagelok components? Urgent account question? Urgent need but not sure which number to dial? Dial 780-437-0640 and listen to the prompts, then select "emergency services". You'll be forwarded to an on-call team member. They can check inventory, offer solutions, and have your order picked and packed for when you need it.

24x7 Field Advisory Services On-Call Technical Support Line
Best anytime you need Swagelok technical expertise. Includes diagnosing and troubleshooting problems via phone/video.
Need Swagelok technical expertise? Dial 780-237-7109 to consult one of our local field service technicians. Anytime you need us, we're here.
Our local field service technicians have deep experience with fluid system applications for oil & gas, chem refining, power, midstream, and steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) companies. They listen carefully to understand your whole situation, including timing, budget, safety, stakeholders, and more; then provide a complete solution—whether that means diagnosing, configuring, troubleshooting, or planning fabrication and assembly.
